Products offered include:
- Hypalon ® chlorosulfonated polyethylene provides superb ozone weather resistance, colour stability and excellent toughness and is found in a wide variety of uses, including automotive under hood, wire and cable, inflatable boats, single ply roofing systems, reservoir covers and liners.
- Kalrez ® perfluoroelastomer parts offer the utmost in chemical and heat resistance for chemical process system sealing, and also in ultra-purity for semiconductor, food and pharmaceutical processing.
- Neoprene polychloroprene, the world’s first synthetic rubber, has applications in hoses and belts, wire and cable jacketing, waterproofing systems, adhesives, seals for highway and bridge joints, and window seals for high-rise buildings.
- Viton ® fluoroelastomers are used extensively in finished rubber sealing parts and hoses due to their excellent chemical resistance and thermal stability (202°C). Viton ® made with Advanced Polymer Architecture (APA), introduced in 2002, is the latest proprietary improvement for specialty types of Viton ® for improved part and processing performance. Viton ® FreeFlow ä is a processing additive used to improve throughput and quality in polyethylene production.
- Vertex™ seal technology is an innovative Cure-In-Place-Gasket system that dispenses a ready to use sealing compound in a continuous bead on the substrate in the precise shape and dimensions and cured using UV light. The automated process provides a very economical route to high performance gaskets for the automotive and electronics industries.
